The Recruitment Executive Board

After serving as a Recruitment Data Assistant in 2023 for my sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta, I was named the 2024 Head Recruitment Computer Analyst for the Auburn Panhellenic Council. In both of these positions, I gained tremendous experience in problem solving and teamwork, and made new connections in the Panhellenic community along the way.

As the Head Recruitment Computer Analyst, I collaborated with the rest of the REB team to organize and facilitate the entire process of Auburn Panhellenic’s Primary Recruitment. I also worked very closely with the Assistant Computer Analyst to train all Pi Chis and Chapter Computer Analysts on the recruitment data processes, oversee changes in PNMs (Potential New Member) schedules, review PNM applications, and track PNM attendance during each party of Recruitment.

Throughout Recruitment, the REB team and I faced many different scenarios where quick problem solving and communication was a necessity. Whether it was technology issues, a PNM getting sick, or a question from a Pi Chi, we had to think quickly to produce a solution that wouldn’t disrupt the recruitment process.

The 2024 Fall Primary Recruitment was record setting for Auburn Panhellenic. Across all 18 sorority chapters, we were able to extend nearly 2,000 bids, increasing our match rates by 3%. Before recruitment began, we also broke records with an all time high of 2,200 applicants overall!
